1. Shipping Policy: For EU customers, shipping is free on all orders over €50.00. For orders under this amount a shipping charge of €5.95 will apply for any size order. Please note that we recently had to raise this standard UK rate from the previous €4.95 due to the increase in costs charged to us by carriers. In spite of repeated rises in costs to us over the past seven years on shipping, this is the first time we have raised our shipping rates in seven years.
2. Shipping Locations: We ship from our locations in England and the United States, depending on the products and size of order. Shipping is done via Royal Mail First Class, Parcel Force, ANC, or TNT, depending on the size of the order. Please contact us to inquire about Express Shipping.
3. Transit Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery to all EU locations.
4. Worldwide Shipping Policy: Free shipping is also available to countries outside the European Union when ordering over €50.00.
5. Payment Information: VitalHormones.com does not operate cash-on-Delivery type payments because of the several different shipping methods and services we use. Credit card payments are submitted via our Godaddy 256-bit Secure Socket Layer encrypted software to our bank in the USA responsible for credit card processing. Credit cards are processed secure in the United States of America by Bank of America Corporation, the nation's leading financial institution. We are, however, Paypal-verified and can submit a "PayPal Payment Request” if you desire. We also accept payments using Google Checkout by way of a "Google Checkout payment Request". Please let us know if you prefer using any of these to latter methods.

7. Returns policy: We are happy to change any faulty product within seven days of delivery. If customers wish to return goods which are not faulty they should note that return postage will not be refunded and a restocking fee of 20% of the price will apply.
